1. You will then be required within 30 days to finalize your tentative booking by submitting your completed booking form & pay your deposit 
2. Our office will contact you on receipt of your booking form & deposit and confirm your booking.
3. Our office will further contact you the Wednesday week prior your function to discuss your buffet selection & function in more detail as well as answer all your questions you may have.
4. You will then receive a second contact the Friday week prior your function. At this last point of contact you must finalize your numbers no later than 2.00 pm. Shall you not hear from our staff before 1.00 pm, please contact 9366 5554 to finalize your numbers. (refer to our terms & condition's).
