 Finger Food information Options & Procedures

1. Firstly Contact our office to check if your required date is available, and place a tentative booking.
2. Then you have to finalize your tentative booking by submitting your completed booking form & pay your deposit within 30 days
3. Our office will contact you on receipt of your booking form & deposit.
4. Our office will further contact you the Wednesday week prior your function to discuss your Finger Food selection & function in more detail as well as answer all your questions you may have.
5. You will then receive a second contact the Friday week prior your function. At this last point of contact you must finalize your numbers no later than 2pm. Shall you not hear from our staff before 1pm, please contact 9366 5554 to finalize your numbers. (refer to our terms & condition's).
6. Finger Food is recommended to be delivered at the function 2 - 3 hour prior guest's arrival's. or once the food is below 4 degrees.  All food is cooked and delivered in s/s trays and deserts on melamine or glass platters. This remains the property of Laura's Catering Service and must be returned. Please ensure food is consumed within 1 hour of reheating. Alternatively you can opt for option 2 (refer below) where our friendly staff can do all the work for you.
